The official website for DevFest Lagos 2024 — one of Nigeria's largest developer conferences. I built key sections of the site that welcomed thousands of attendees, focused on accessibility and speed: lifted the accessibility score from 82% to 96% (WCAG 2.1 AA) and shipped reusable components that cut new-page rollout time by 25%.

I built the platform that made the switch — with native Google Wallet and Apple Wallet integration, so a card lives in your phone's wallet — driving a 25% jump in adoption, and redesigned the auth flow and dashboards for 20% growth in new sign-ups.
